Facnor has developed the friction block in order to be able to adjust the tack of the asymmetric Spinnaker fitted with an Asym-Fx; this devices allows to enlarge the belly of the sail and to forward the sail further downwind.
The Friction block is a cheaper option available from the AFX1500 up to the AFX 7000 models (2-to-1 or 3-to-1 possible fittings).
