Really appreciate the immediate personel contact and advice with this order, a breath of fresh air. Most companies nowadays are content to take an order and payment then stick the cusomer with an 'on back order' notification when inventries are low.
That does not happen with Vela as customer care called me (in Hong Kong) staight away to explain supply issues with my order. First class service.
