Are you outside the USA? No problem! We ship internationally and can consolidate with anything else you may need to have it shipped to your country.
Our default carrier for international shipping is the United States Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail. This method is reliable and relatively fast at a very reasonable rate, which will be displayed during the check out. We can also use FedEx if you prefer or if you are ordering a part that exceeds the maximum size or weight allowed by the USPS. If that happen to be the case we will contact you as soon as we receive the order to let you know what the options are.
Transit times from Vela Sailing Supply to your country may vary based on availability of the parts and standard delivery times of the carrier used. As a reference you can think a two weeks lead time from the day you place the order until the package is in your hands; assuming customs are not a problem in your country. If you need the order to be delivered faster than this time, the best option is to use FedEx as a carrier and that will save 4 to 5 business days. Please keep in mind that FedEx rates are usually 40% to 45% more expensive than USPS rates.

All the shipping charges and /or estimates provided by Vela Sailing Supply, either through our website or generated by any of our staff members does not include any duty or tax charged by the local authorities in your country. In the case of the European Community, the VAT is not included as it is an amount collected by the country of destination. We suggest you contact your local authorities to obtain more information about import duties and taxes.
