20mm Single Ti3-On High Load Dynamic Block

The 20mm Single Ti3-On High Load Dynamic Block combines the versatility of the Ti3-On attachment system with the enhanced performance of a stainless-steel high load sheave. Featuring a wider opening and flatter sides than the previous A2020Tii, it is easier to thread with webbing straps and rope while maintaining the same compact footprint.

Designed for higher-load applications, the stainless-steel sheave delivers faster rolling speeds, increased working loads, and lower friction compared to standard acetal sheaves. It is also suitable for use with both rope and wire.

Fitting Guidance

For maximum strength, the attachment line must be fed around the central axle and through the head of the block. Where possible, use a crossed or through-threaded attachment method to keep the load pulling the side cheeks together. When using a Tii-Shackle, crossed attachments are recommended. Non-crossed attachments should only be used in low-load applications.
