40mm Single Snatch Block with Additional Small Sheave (Fiddle) A snatch block is a type of pulley designed to redirect the path of a line or increase the purchase of a system. Unlike a standard block, it can be attached directly onto an existing line without the need to reeve (thread) the rope through the sheave, thanks to its opening side cheek design. Snatch blocks are highly versatile and easy to use, making them a valuable addition to any toolkit. They allow you to quickly rig new systems without having to remove or re-thread lines. Dynamic Bearings Features twin rows of stainless-steel ball bearings running on a stainless-steel rail. This provides superior load-carrying capability and greater longevity compared to bearing systems that run on plastic rails. Locking Mechanism (Keeper) A spring-loaded metal slider locks onto the central axle of the block. The mechanism can be released with one hand, allowing the side cheek to be opened quickly for installation onto a line.
