Allen Brothers 30mm Snatch Block No Keeper
A snatch block is a type of pulley designed to redirect the path of a line or increase the purchase of a system. Unlike a standard block, it can be attached directly onto an existing line without the need to reeve (thread) the rope through the sheave, thanks to its opening side cheek design.
Snatch blocks are highly versatile and easy to use, making them a valuable addition to any toolkit. They allow you to quickly rig new systems without having to remove or re-thread lines.
Dynamic Bearings
- Features twin rows of stainless-steel ball bearings running on a stainless-steel rail. This provides superior load-carrying capability and greater longevity compared to bearing systems that run on plastic rails.
No Keeper Mechanism
- This version does not feature a keeper mechanism on the side cheek. The side cheek is held closed by friction from the central axle but can be opened under load by inserting a marlin spike or screwdriver to force it open.
