Acetal Sheave with Dynamic Bearing
Dynamic Bearing: Our patented bearing system uses twin rows of stainless-steel ball bearings running on a stainless-steel rail. This provides a superior load-carrying ability and longevity when compared to other bearing systems which run on a plastic rail or plastic balls.
Ball Bearings: A ball bearing is the most efficient shaped bearing for fast rolling speeds. The contact between the sheave, bearing and axle is minimal which results in the lowest possible friction. This allows the sheave to spin much faster with less energy, when compared to plain and roller bearings.
Caged Bearings: This sheave has caged ball bearings which further minimises friction. The carefully designed cage that separates the balls ensures smooth rolling motion with minimal contact and frictional resistance.
