The New Pro-Ratchet 40 is our first ratchet block to feature an aluminium sheave which has been designed to offer additional grip on the rope, allowing for greater control of your sheets in all conditions. So, whether trimming the spinnaker sheet in a gust or fine-tuning your jib, the Pro-Ratchet 40 is built to perform.

• Aluminium Sheave: The new aluminium sheave is 40mm in diameter and has been designed for enhanced grip on the rope, offering a secure hold even in challenging conditions.
• Clevis Pin Shackle: Featuring our new 4mm clevis pin shackle, making attachment easy and reliable.
• Built-in Swivel: The built-in swivel post allows the block to free spin and align to the load of the line.
• Switchable: A super ergonomic switch gives you more control over the line feel. Easily switch the ratchet mechanism on or off without a tool or removing your gloves.
• Maximum Working Load: 180 kg, providing strength and reliability when it matters most.
• Breaking Load: 600 kg, ensuring exceptional safety margins under extreme conditions.
• Lightweight: A lightweight 83.7 grams, minimising weight without compromising strength or durability.
