Allen 40 mm Dynamic Block with Swivel and A.677 Cleat
Single With Swivel And A.677 Cam Cleat. The cam cleat can easily be adjusted to any angle. Simply remove the bolt through the middle of the block, remove the two black side plates and move the cleat arms to the desired angle. Replace the side plates and bolt to fix in new position.
