Size 2 Vang King for Melges 24
Melges 24 specific ?? This version comes with a pre-set 4mm dynemma primary lines spliced onto an A2034 ?? 30mm Triple Dynamic Block.
Also included is the bottom block an A2037 ?? 30mm triple dynamic block with cam cleat and becket.

The Allen Vang King is a telescopic gas strut, designed to be used as a boom support system and combined with a purchase system to create the Vang control.
The Vang King features a plain bearing 37.8mm sheave in the top end of the strut which has been specifically designed to take the load required on yachts up to 26ft.
At the base of the Vang King is our unique attachment post. It has three holes which are reinforced with stainless-steel ferrules. These holes can be used to dead-end rope or shackle blocks too.
The gas strut can be adjusted to reduce the return pressure. Simply remove the screws holding the base plug in position and then remove the plug. Using an Allen key open the grub screw to allow the pressure
to reduce.
