With the CL254 the rope drops down into the teeth to give a quick and positive lock that is easy to release. Will hold very high loads when used with high quality ropes. Manufactured from aluminium for light weight and durable performance the CL254 is available in two finishes:
1. CL254 has a silver stove enamel finish for a cost effective, high quality coating. Suitable for all inland and coastal conditions.
2. CL254AN has a hard anodised finish to give the ultimate hard wearing surface. Excellent for extreme coastal conditions.
Also available in Nylon as CL209 model.
Clamcleat® rope cleats are not suitable for metal ropes.
