Opti Optimist High Heel Mast Plug for Racing Spars
The Opti High Heel Mast Plug is a low-friction Delrin heel plug for Optimist racing masts. The raised heel increases the effective mast height and provides a smooth contact surface in the mast step, allowing the mast to rotate freely.
It can also be used to retrofit an existing racing mast. When fitting a high heel plug to an older mast, always check the total mast length to ensure it does not exceed the maximum permitted length of 2350 mm.
Features:
- High heel design for Optimist racing masts
- Low-friction Delrin construction
- Allows smooth mast rotation in the mast step
- Suitable for retrofitting existing racing masts
- Replacement fitting for Opti racing masts
Specifications:
- Material: Delrin
- Type: High heel mast plug
- Maximum total mast length after fitting: 2350 mm
