Sea Sure Lace up Trapeze Hook
Our Lace up trapeze hook is made from 1.5mm 316 Stainless steel plate that is pressed, formed and then welded to the hook. As you can see from the pictures, our standard hook has a triangular stiffener welded to the back that stops the hook from bending backwards under load when trapezing. This feature is unique to the Sea Sure hook and its certainly an area to look out for when buying your next trapeze harness or replacement hook. If you sail a dinghy that allows pumping, we recommend that you upgrade to our 19.39SP Competition which is designed to cope with higher loads that are a result of pumping.
