The Spinlock ZXB0812 Jammer is a high-performance rope jammer designed for demanding sailing applications where exceptional holding power, low weight, and reliable operation are essential.
Suitable for 8-12mm (5/16"-1/2") lines and loads up to 3,000kg, the ZXB0812 combines advanced materials with a compact, low-profile design for racing yachts and performance cruisers.
Its lightweight, high-strength aluminum body is formed as a monocoque structure. Aerospace technology reduces the jammer's overall size and weight by up to 40% while maintaining excellent strength and load-holding performance.
Lightweight ceramic jaws provide outstanding grip, heat resistance, and abrasion resistance under high loads. Low-maintenance PTFE bearings help reduce pull-through friction for smoother line handling.
Replaceable clip-on jaw grips make servicing easier while helping reduce maintenance costs, product weight, and unnecessary waste. A toggle and push-button latching system replaces the traditional exposed handle, allowing convenient operation from multiple positions.
