FR125 Classic Furler
FR FURLERS are highly reliable and functional for managing bow sails, including code zero and gennaker. The product line ranges from models suited for dinghies and smaller vessels to larger units and custom designs. Furlers come in two versions: one with a fixed tack (for code zero, genoa, etc.) and one with a free tack for flying gennakers without a luff. The drum and head are machined from a single piece of 6082T6 aluminum and incorporate cylindrical roller thrust bearings, optimized for this application.
Drum and Head: Made from a single piece of anodized 6082T6 aluminum.
Drum Guard: Machined from a single piece of black Delrin, featuring the EASY LOCK system for easy loop installation.
Bearings: Cylindrical roller thrust bearings with the X-Bearing system by UBI MAIOR ITALIA®, available for free tack models up to the FR150 model.
Other Components: AISI 316 and 17-4Ph steel hub and screws. Hub adjustment and locking are achieved with a socket set in 12 positions.
